My mom’s foot has been broken for about two days and I started learning things almost immediately.
I am completely useless in an emergency situation.
I should not be trusted to take care of a physically handicapped person
They do not make those plastic lawn chairs sturdy enough
Walk-in clinic doctors are not always to be trusted
Then I started learning things about the house I’ve lived in for about 12 years now.
The rack in the oven can be pulled out to make it easier to reach the food.
The krutons (or however you spell that) are kept on the shelf with the various pastas
The dish detergent is kept under the sink
How to use the washing machine (Yup i finally got of my lazy @$$ and figured it out)
This house is not very handicap-friendly
And that’s just in two days. I guess this stuff is useful to know. Too bad my mom had to break her foot for me to learn them.
